The tM-7530A is a new addition to the range of UART/CAN product solutions. The tM-7530A has a smaller footprint and is a cost effective solution for converting Serial RS232/RS422/RS485 data to CAN Bus format.
It has isolation on the power side and on the CAN bus side, plus faster performance than other Serial/CAN modules. The functions of the tM-7530A are fully compatible with the I-7530 and I-7530T. It also provides a new function: listen only. This function allows a user to listen to CAN bus messages and error detection. According to above features, tM-7530A is an economical and practical RS-232/CAN converter solution.
Moreover, we expand the functionalities of tM-7530A for some special application. In pair connection mode, tM-7530A can be used to connect PC with other UART devices at the same time. The application architecture may be as follows.
