Description

The I-7532 is a CAN bridge used to establish a connection between two CAN bus systems in a CAN network and has more facilities than the I-7531 (CAN Repeater).

The main benefit is that the transmission from each side of the Bridge is fully independent which allows the unit to be used to extend the total CAN network distance. Also if there are errors present (e.g. bit error) on one side of the I-7532 CAN bus system; the other side can still work correctly. The baud rate and filter setting of the two CAN channels on I-7532 can be different for higher flexibility and efficiency.
