The M-7000 series is a family of network data acquisition and control modules that support Modbus RTU and DCON protocols. With the Modbus RTU protocol, the modules can easily communicate with most popular SCADA/ HMI software packages and PLC's. It has the same form factor as the I-7000 series.
The M-7045D provides 16 Photo-couple Isolated Digital Output Channels (Source-type), each with short-circuit protection. There are options to enable both power-on and safe values, while the 16 LED indicators can be used to monitor channel status. 4kV ESD protection, 4kV EFT protection, 3kV Surge protection for the power input and 3750Vdc Intra-module isolation are standard.
