Description

The ET-7017/PET-7017 is an ethernet based data acquisition module offering 8 channels of 16-bit, differential analog input and 4-channels of digital output. Each of the Analog Input Channels can be configured to an individual range (+/-150 mV, +/-500 mV, +/-1 V, +/-5 V, +/-10 V, +/-20 mA, 0~20 mA and 4~20 mA), with the Current Input mode available via a jumper selection. The digital outputs can be set as alarm outputs with Short-circuit protection and overload protection. The sampling rate of ET-7017/PET-7017 is adjustable between fast and normal mode. ET-7017/PET-7017 also has 4 kV ESD protection, as well as 3000 VDC intra-module isolation.

Configuration of the module is done via its integrated Web Server, while communication to a Data Logging / SCADA Package can be achieved using the ModbusTCP protocol.

The PET-7017 is a Power-over-Ethernet version, for use with a compatible Ethernet Switch. Please call us about this unit.
