The Runtime version provides a cost effective solution where the configuration has already been completed on a Development system. It also offers the advantage of restricting the possibilities of changing the configuration for security purposes.
This version is supplied with the standard items as per the Classic software such as Real-time database, OPC and all drivers, Menu Selection, Display Builder, Core alarm facilities, real-time trending plus SLANG Runtime (programming language), Historic Trending; Batch and Recipe Handling; Easy Report/Crystal support; On-line maintenance; Automatic Data Archive; Alarm Scheduler and SMS1 Alarm Output to Mobile phones. Additionally all the extra facilities as shown under the Prodigy Additions category are also supplied as standard.
