This range of products is focused on High-Speed A/D signal capture (Digitizers/Transient Recorders), D/A signal generation (Arbitrary Waveform Generators) and Digital I/O with sampling rates generally in the Mega Samples/Sec area. Fast amplifiers plus High Quality design and manufacture allow the acquisition and replay of high frequency signals. As a result of extremely large on-board memory, even fast signals can be recorded over a long period with high precision. The main board range is PCI/PCI-X based, while boards are also available in PCI-express, PXI and Compact PCI formats. A wide range of software driver options for code programming and popular graphical programming packages are available. PCI Waveform Generator: A range of 8 or 14 bit Arbitrary Waveform Generators (D/A converter) available in 1, 2 or 4 channel versions and capable of speeds 20, 60 or 125 Ms/s dependant on the version. The standard PCB format is PCI/PCI-X with PCI-Express as an option. The 6000/6100 series are capable of simultaneous generation on all channels up to an output of +/- 3V on a 50 Ohm load. An amplifier card option is available to increase the output to +/- 10V with a High Impedance load. PCI Ultra Fast Digital I/O: These Digital I/O boards can be used for digital signal generation or capture, with versions capable attaining up to 125M Samples/second. They offer a resolution between 1 bit and 64 bits, dependant on the model, with all I/O lines able to be configured as Input or Output.

PCI Digital Pattern Gen.: These Pattern Generators provide the user with the possibility to generate Digital data with a wide range of output levels. Each 4 bit nibble is fully programmable in the range -2 to +10V, so when combined with a differential output options, many of the newer logic standards including LVDS, LVCMOS and ECL can be well catered for, along with PECL, TTL, LVTTL and CMOS. PCI Special Combined Cards: This category contains cards that combine sections of the normal board types. An example is the 4028/4038 Radar Signal Capture Card which combines the 14 bit A/D module from the 4020 or 4030 products for pulse capture at 20 or 50 Ms/s, with a Digital input 7000 series module for recording the angular positioning from a radar antenna encoder.
