The CUR200N is a user friendly converter from USB V2.0 to RS-232.

Many modern computers are supplied without traditional RS232 serial comm ports.

This adapter cable overcomes this problem for users who wish to communicate with RS232 devices, such as the Datascan 7000 Measurement Processors.

The supplied software configures the connection so that it is seen by the computer as a standard COMM port.

The converter is integrated into the cable and the power is supplied by the USB-Port of the PC.

NOTE : For Datascan 7000 Users, you also need the 420-019 PC-Serial cable.
